FAQ

Do you have a guarantee, and what is your return policy?

Wired Up Beads offers friendly customer service with an unconditional, full money-back guarantee.  All merchandise and services are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction.  You may exchange merchandise or make returns within 30 days of your purchase.  For returns, your money will be completely refunded within 30 days.

What method do you use for shipping?

Wired Up Beads normally ships using UPS or USPS.  Our shipping and handling charges are set to correspond with dollar amounts purchased.  For purchases less than $50.00, the charge is $5.95.  A fee of $2.00 is added for each additional $50.00 in merchandise, with a maximum shipping charge of $13.95 within the continental United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we value our Wired Up Beads friends who live all over the world.  We usually ship using the United States Postal Service, but can use other methods when requested.  Additional shipping charges may apply, but we take care of the difference for First Class International Shipping whenever possible.

For international orders, we highly recommend that payment for orders be handled through Pay Pal.  We have found this to be the most reliable and convenient way to handle international purchases.

What are your class enrollment policies?

We value our students and want their learning experiences to be the best in quality.  Please complete your enrollment through the Wired Up Beads website or by calling us at 817-421-3030.  Payment in full will reserve your space in class.  Partial payments are not accepted.

Cancelation with at least 14 days notice is eligible for a full refund that will be issued within 30 days of the cancelation.  For cancelations made between 7 and 14 days of the class, a 50% refund will be offered, with a full refund provided if a replacement can be secured.  Any cancelations made within 6 days of the class will be eligible for a refund only if a replacement student enrolls.  Wired Up Beads will make every effort to fill vacated seats so that a full refund can be offered.
